The Saint Laurent grape variety is characterized by its typicality as a close relative of Pinot noir. To achieve a maximum of varietal aroma, the grapes were manually halved for véraison. Fermentation took place on the mash for several weeks. The Regular Pigéage guarantees the extraction not only of the ruby-red pigments, but also of the tannins contained in the berries.

The aroma of this Pinot noir is reminiscent of juicy sour cherries and is an ideal accompaniment to dishes, even slightly chilled in summer for barbecues. The fermentation on the mash gives this Pinot Noir a pleasant tannin structure in addition to the fruit aroma

A dry Riesling, which impresses with grape varietal aromas such as banana, apricot and ice candy and is particularly unmistakable due to its floral taste. The 2023 vintage of Hambach Riesling reflects the almost perfect climatic conditions of the year, which are reflected not only in the intense grape variety aromas but also in the pleasantly balanced acidity. This Riesling is the ideal choice for long stimulating summer nights.
A semi-sweet Riesling that is perfect to enjoy in combination with fruity to spicy dishes or by the glass. The grapes are grown on red sandstone soils in our vineyards in the Palatinate. The peach and honey aromas of this Riesling reflect the warm climate of the region, especially the soil type. Wines from such soils are characterized by moderate acidity and aromatics of yellow stone fruits.
A classic Riesling from our Ruppertsberg vineyards, which captivates with citrus and juicy yellow stone fruit. Perfect as a light Riesling for the terrace, as well as a food companion for light dishes, such as short roasts and fish dishes.
Single Vinyard. The Riesling Goldschmied traditionally matures on the vine until the end and has a distinctive, characteristic Riesling aroma. The traditional ageing in wooden barrels underlines the characteristic aromas of this wine, which also makes it a predestined food companion. The traditional style characterizes the whole wine from start to finish.

A white wine cuvée made from Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. What is special for this cuvée is the 18-month aging in both new and used French barriques. The bouquet in the glass presents itself elegantly with aromas of apricot, pear and brioche. In terms of taste, the wine combines both freshness and creaminess and is complemented by gentle tertiary aromas such as roasted nuts and caramel, typical of Burgundy with soft acidity.
